What is the pros ans cons of roasters vs fryers and which one would be best and least complicated for 4-H. And is there a difference in taste?
Do they both have about the same time until culling? and about what is the age would you take a roaster to fair at??

I think the only difference in a roaster and a fryer is a couple more weeks of growth.

Same chicken ( cornish x) just the fryer is 5 or 6 weeks old, and the roaster is 7 or 8 weeks old, or something like that.
