she wanted the buff (red?) show girl but someone bought it before she could get back there with the money.

i definitely plan to be there for this one. i can't just miss an opportunity in my home city to sell off a few started chicks and some of my homemade items.

just a warning if you are coming to Rochester and come by the Spaulding Turnpike heading north, Route 125 or Route 202 coming east. we have A LOT of construction going on in the area and these are the ones impacted the most right now.

i live across from Spaulding TP's exit 11 off ramp and it has been shut down for about 2 months and will be closed for 2-3 more if they can hustle their behinds. exit 12 is connected to route 125 and the last time i drove by there was a trench to nowhere. and exit 13 is still working on just cleaning up the mess from putting in the Lowe's shopping mall/center and the new multi-set of lights along the way.

my mom is interested in selling off some of her rooster statues and other chicken related stuff she's collected over the years. some i think are antiques, but i wasn't sure if this would be an ok place to do it.
 
oh, ChickMagnet, i wasn't sure if you got my PM about the frizzled bantam polish. they are not showing the frizzling on the feathers and by now i don't think they will.

if you don't want the splash i don't mind keeping her. she's very sweet and now i'm not sure i want to part with either one.

i may have some future craft vendors if we could have any on sundays in the Rochester area or close to the Maine/NH border.

dh and sometime i do an outdoor flea market over in York, Maine on saturdays and there are a few ladies who do their own jewelery and knitting/craft stuff to sell. i mentioned that the ChickenStocks were free for them and they were interested. but since the place we've been doing the flea market at has now set some rules about reserving a space all summer, many are locked into them.

if you would like me to help out with advertising at this flea marked let me know and i can put out some fliers on my table next week.
