Honestly, I still cannot see the combs clearly enough to make a definitive proclamation.
However, if as the birds mature? A single comb would signal a possible Rock. A rose comb might signal a mixed breed bird, with unknown heritage.
It is important to realize that White Rocks often have small to medium combs and they bloom quite late. Still, if you can see that it is a rose comb, it is not a White Rock.
Here are a few of my White Rocks and yes, they're exhibition quality birds.
I'm pretty sure I'm seeing a rose comb, so that would be a white Wyandotte. The rose comb itself is never going to be as large and obvious as a straight comb, so I think that's the difference you're seeing. It looks as red and proportionally developed as the Rock's combs do.
