Not sure of the sex, but the legs aren't particularly thick so who knows? I'm sure I'll have some with the next broody hen, maybe more than just two. Just teasing you, LOL, no pressure! Good thing you live so close, isn't it?

I have to tell you this. Kira has been on the roost or on a nest edge all day, trying to avoid being harrassed by Isaac and/or the young pullets. She is so mild mannered and low key that she wont defend herself. This is her first overnight with her new group. I told DH to go out there since it's very dark and take Kira off the nest and put her up on the roost with the others since they can't see well to bother her. He comes back in and says that Kira and all four pullets are on the top roost bar together and Isaac, gentlemanly Isaac, is on the second rung of the ladder, letting all the ladies have the choice spot, LOL. He's never roosted on any except the top bar till tonight.
