Rocky Mountain Chickenstock raffle winners announced

Sounds good to me! I sold my Frizzle roo this evening, so one less thing I have to worry about.  :)  Oh, and we will take your Polish splash if you are leaning towards girlie.  Just let me know how much you want for her.  :)

Oh you can have her! Not sure at all on gender. Absolutely could go either way, I am not leaning. At first we thought boy because her crest was different, but now it looks much more like the other girl. And it looks more girlie now than it did....tail, posture looks like a girl. But no guarantees here this is my first year with the Polish. I just have to pick my favorites to keep to make room, and she was not the color my son thought he was getting so he wants to try another one...she has a CRAZY personality, always moving, always sprinting and bobbing all over, very talkative...but very cute, you will see. We could stop back here and grab her when we get back. She is quite small, smaller than my other 2 so will fit in well with your bantams. I think she was born about 3/12.

Yes, she does sound like she'll fit in nicely with my bantam girls. Those babies are crazy as well! Very entertaining! If we happen to find some Gold Laced Polish or Buff Laced while at chickenstock, and they're the right age, I'll bring one or two of those home with us, too. That's what is on Howard's wishlist.

I like both of those colors too. The Golden I have is hysterical. My son wanted a buff lace ar a white crested black. Geez I hope for my sake there are no Polish at chickenstock. Because I have no self control Obviously :D :D :D

LOL! I'm afraid for myself, too! we will just have to have a predetermined limit on ourselves...with a small allowance for some chicken math, of course!

BirdGuy, was it somewhere in this thread that you said there will be a lady selling "superior" chicken nipples at chickenstock? I'm looking to buy!

That would be Susan... I am not 100% positive she is coming.. since Michelle had posted since I talked to Susan and said she wasn't sure if she was going to be able to come or not.. IFA carries her waterers though..

I was wondering if anyone out there has a extra "English" style Orpington Roo that they would be willing to part with. I'm looking for something that is started, preferably breeding already. I have more work then my Roos can do, and color don't really matter just need BBS and handsome! Willing to buy or trade for some nice started BBS or Lav. chicks. Thank you.

Shawn, thanks again for putting this chickenstock together. I hope it is a huge success! Looking forward to being there and meeting a bunch of other crazy chicken people like me. :) I'll be bringing a pair of Welsummer laying hens- approximately 8 months old, and a pure Blue-Wheaten Ameraucana Rooster (from Bishops Chickens) that is about 9-10 months old. I am hoping to find some great Lavender or Blue-Splash Orpington Roosters, but I've also been known to buy any type of chicken on impulse for no good reason. Can't Wait!
