I used to like sledding, but now I dislike it. A few years ago my aunt was sledding down a local hill and when she was going down, a person rammed her(on accident) and my aunt hit a tree. Her shin bone went straight through her skin and at least 7 inches of the bone was poking out of her skin. It took many months to recover, and even now she can't over use that leg or else it will start to hurt. She can no longer do activities such as swimming. Be careful when you sled, just warnin' ya.

Sounds super painfull! Im pretty carefull when i sled i usally wear a helmet.
