My flock is doing fine, just waiting for my silkie and pheasants to lay eggs. I'm getting antsy for some chicks!

My flocks good, my flock and me are hoping for warmer weather soon.

Probably going to choose 2 different kinds from other places.Speckled Sussex,Easter Eggers,Production reds,and possibly Australorps.i do plan on getting at least 8 to 6.

Will Chinese show geese go back and sit on her eggs she has laid three today never had them before

Will Chinese show geese go back and sit on her eggs she has laid three today never had them before

I don't know much about geese, but if those are her first eggs I wouldn't think that she woul sit on them. It's sort of like a pullet, not likely to go broody, especially if she just started laying.

Hi Everyone!
Ok, I went out to my chickens and one got out when I opened the door. I picked her up quickly and then water came out of her butt. Was it a egg that I broke or was it just water? It was completely clear... And warm and it had no yellow in it. Does any body know if she's ok?
