I recently found a natural rat and mouse killer. It's contents are 1 cup sugar,1 cup flour,1 cup baking soda. My concern is will it harm my hens or baby chicks if consumed? I would appreciate any information someone might have for me.Thank You.

It would definitely harm baby chicks and probably hens too. The baking soda throws their electrolytes off causing them to dehydrate.

you could safely put it on the perimeter of ur coop outside the run with the same results.
