Help identify the breed :(

I received this chick from an acquaintance who claims he got it from a chicken factory and told me it's an egg laying chicken. This fella is 6 weeks and it is kinda looking bare, the other chicken (grey) is an olive egger who's 1 week older. Would anyone happen to know this white fellas breed?

Strong suspicion that's a meat bird but not Cornish cross. Maybe a white ranger?

That's unfortunate, I'll keep her longer, if she has major health issues I'll have to give her away :'(

Rangers don't have the same health issues as Cornish cross and they will lay eggs, they are just not efficient for that purpose. And the olive egger.is male..If you were looking for layers, you didn't do so well with these two
