RODENT PROBLEM! HELLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP!

I have a problem with Chipmunks......in my chicken feed room.!

They think they live there! Especially ONE in particular. My sister named him "Munchkin" Every morning I see him run through a small hole in the framing of the coop and he goes into the walls.

AND....Every evening when I shut them in, I have to Shoo him out so I can close the door! Munchkin Eats and drinks from the chickens food and water containers! WITH THE CHICKENS! I am not so sure if that is OK for there health......they could get sick?

!!!! LOL Does any one know what I should do?
Or how to get rid of the poor thing?
PLEASE HELP!

My cat chases the chipmonks away from my chickens. She comes out in the morning and does a patrol of the chicken run. I would get a glue trap and try to trap him to get rid of him.
