Check the trees - and the roof, and the top of the coop, and everywhere you don't think she would be, cuz that's probably were she is   When we "lost" one of our first girls, we looked all over the place for her - under bushes, under the coop, everywhere. Then Little Bro walks up and is all like, "hey guys, here she is! And there she was, sitting in the tree   She started a trend amongst the other girls... Blossom made it to the roof once after that 
What breed is she?

One time my pullets jumped over the garden fence because a dog was chasing them. I found them all except 2 leghorns and I looked EVERYWHERE! They sitting next to each other in a tree by the coop.

one time my broody (at the time) Tweeter hopped on the duck pen roof, (i blocked her from the coop, forcing her to free range) I opened the door to the coop to check something, and here comes tweeter, flying at least 15 feet from the duck pen roof, over the wire around the ducks, RUNNING TO THE COOP!! It was quite a scene.!
