Hey! Not much, I got my neck brace off today for *HOPEFULLY* the last time.

Yay! Did you break it or something? sorry, don't know too much about neck braces. If it's private that's fine.

Annnnnywaaaay, I jumped off a swing back when I was 10 and critically injured the major muscle in my neck. Occasionally, I have spasm relapses and last week, while I was on BYC at midnight, a strong relapse occured- twisting the muscle up again. Doctor gave me a temporary neck brace to keep it straight and I got it taken off today!

It feels stiff. Other than that, okay. Back when I first injured it, I couldn't rotate my head for THREE MONTHS. And, boy was it painful...

Anybody else ever have any kind of major muscle spasm? There's no way to describe how it feels....
