Well yeah the roost/perch was missing too....
...but I meant the sloped floor inside the nest, and the floor part where to eggs roll to.

@IdyllwildAcres I made a modification to my egg box area. I had some that would stick their head out under the curtain and pull the egg back. One started to eat her eggs so I had to come up with a solution. What I did was to put a second curtain 1/2 way so when the hens stick their head under to look for their egg they don't see it so they quit looking. Been working for a week now and I've not seen one stick their head through the second curtain.
