I'm going to try Ronsec for what I believe is a case of canker with a resistance to Metronidazole. If it doesn't work I'll assume it's wet pox. Symptoms are a better match for canker so I want to give Ronsec a try. The tablets are for pigeons/raptors and not necessarily recommended for chickens but I'm seeing other people have used it here. I'm not finding a dosage that makes sense. Here are the details from the website:
Ronsec by Medpet, the ultimate single dose treatment for hyper-resistant Trichomoniasis (Crop Canker) in pigeons and raptors.

DESCRIPTION:
- New safe and effective formulation.
- Does not cause regurgitation.
- Contains a combination of 2 extremely safe and effective active ingredients that work synergistically in a special slow release tablet formulation.
- This unique product has been proven to cure 98% of Trichomoniasis cases, even those caused by hyper-resistant strains.
- To prevent resistance it is recommended that Ronsec only be used in cases where other Crop Canker treatments have failed

COMPOSITION:
- Ronidazole 25mg,
- Secnidazole 25mg

USE:
-1Tablet per pigeon after the pigeon has eating and it is full.
- Wait one full day before repeting treatment.

Any advice? It looks like they are advising two tablets only. Chicken Keri weighs 5lbs. Many thanks once again.

Also, sorry you’re going through this.
Thank you. Unfortunately I think I’ve read every Ronsec related post on here. And on Facebook. Nothing definitive regarding the tablets. They are coming tomorrow and I’ll just administer what is suggested for pigeons and raptors. I’ll report back to let everyone know how it went. Fingers crossed.

I agree, that seems like the best thing to do since not much information is out there for dosage. Good luck, I hope the make a swift recovery.
