roo acts like something is stuck in throat..help me figure this out

his face and gobblers are swollen...keeps backing away like tryin to get away from something...he is a 1 yr old banty roo...eats an drinks minimal...looked far as I could down his throat and saw nothing
 
UPDATE; my lil runt is on the road to recovery...had him to the vet...he has an infection..had an injection of antibiotics and is on antibiotics for 5 days...he is getting better..thankfully!! he is my lil buddy!!
