You do have more stuff in there than I thought at the first picture.
However, I think you need some more wall like things such as a pallet leaned against a wall. From what I see, that while you have used the vertical space very well, a bird in that coop would be able to see and be seen by a bird in any other part of the coop? Out of sight can be very helpful.
I am not sure if it will help with what you want to do. Roosters are a crap shoot, some work, and some don't. But it will not hurt.
