Roo and Hen?

Top two are of our little fluffy butt Ty and bottom two are of our Skya, it's hard to see in the picture but Skya does have tail feathers already and her wing feathers are a lot bigger then Ty's. We believe top picture is a roo from what we have read from feather sexing and the way he acts with the other 3 babies we have. What do you think? They are 13 day old Blue Wyandotte (so we were told) if that makes any difference.
