Roo behavior

Got a bantams straight run of mixed breeds of 8 the weekend after Mother's Day. Just starting to get wing feathers. So now my flock is at six weeks. Have a few Roos,but one I wonder about. He has been crowing already and started he wing dance and trying to mount the girls. Is it normal for a roo that young to behave like that? I have no clue what breed he may be.

some bantam cockerels become 'active' will still quite young - it's not all that unusual.
