Roo behaviors??

I might have a couple EE roo's and they seem to puff up real high and face off at each other and at some of the other birds. The only thing is they don't have red combs or wattles and are not crowing. They are around 10/11 wks old. Or do hens do that too?

some of my young hens will do that, also I believe you have a hen there! Very pretty.
The white one is a rooster also very pretty!
