Roo diper?

Well, they do make chicken diapers, but anything that blocks a rooster from fertilizing a hen will be blocking his vent, which is also how he poops. Will you be willing and able to go out and change a rooster's diaper every couple of hours?

Really the easiest way to do this is to just keep a separate pen of roosters. The one you want to be fertilizing your hens, you put with the flock. The one you don't want fertilizing your hens goes into the rooster pen away from them.

And, you'll also need to remember that a hen's eggs can be fertilized by a rooster for upwards of three weeks after the last time they mated. So, you'd have to wait three weeks from the time you removed the other rooster to be sure the offspring you are hatching from your hens belong to the new rooster and not the old one.

is there a way to have 2 roos and switch between them as fertilizers. is there any way to keep them from that like a diper?

This is what is known as "Breeding Under Wire" As to how long a hen remains fertile after a rooster treads her, that answer is best answered by you. If you want to be be absolutely positively sure that the chicks daddy is the rooster that you want chicks from then the hen who lays the hatching eggs needs to lay a full clutch of eggs then start setting before you introduce her to the new rooster.

Or you can do what some Filipinos do, hold your hen in your hands and set her on the floor of the roosters fly pen in a squatting position facing you. In a flash the rooster hops down off his perch, covers the hen and she is good for 3 or 4 more days. While chicken spermatozoa can live longer than 3 or 4 days inside a hen, its quality, overall usefulness, and mobility is much reduced.
