I just wanted to post the miracle that is good food when raising chickens. My sister in law had roos that were just as old as my girls but were like half the size. This roo was small and I was shocked at how small. In just the month I've had him he has grown so much! He always has food when he wants and has scratch plus gets to free range. At her house there wasnt always food available and limited free range. I just cant believe how much he's grown, its amazing. Everyday I look at him and think man this guys huge lol. He is very respectful of me still so far which is good. I try to love on him every now and then but mostly I love on my girls and just get my eggs. He's ok with that lol.
