Roo has reddish legs and runny poo

what could be wrong with him, if anything? His legs are turning reddish and his poo is watery sometimes and other times runny with chunks of green. Not florescent green but dark green, just started feeding some scratch and they have been free ranging a lot more lately. Thanks

He may have scaley leg mites. Have you checked for that? If so you can put vasaline on them and that will smother the mites. You will have to do this more than 1 time though.
