Roo or hen and what breed

My bestfriend gave me her chicken that was bought at ts it is soppose to be a sapphire gem and a girl. Its 5 month old and so far no crows or eggs. Plus if it helps I got it like 2-3 weeks ago and we have 13 other hen i have no roos but my hens are deffenly on "top of the pecking order" i was told roo by someone on here but a lot of people are telling me hen too its been 50-50 on what it is

It can vary from bird to bird. On average, he should of been crowing by now, so I'd expect anytime now.

Ok does the pecking order has anything to do with that cuz Nightmare (the head of the pecking order hen) already somewhat makes the crowing nosie before he came.im hoping he doesnt lol hes loveable

Yes, that can have an impact. If he's low in the pecking order he might not in fear of those above him.
