I’m not an expert either and also have an EE that is 6 weeks old and she(?) looks like the pic I attached. The research I’ve done said that EE cockerels have more patchy, colorful feather patterns and a red comb, even around 6-7 weeks, so I think yours is a cockerel based on that. However, again, no expert here!
