I'm leaning Pullet for now, but if he/she crows I reserve the right to change my mind
Looks older than 9 weeks to me but anyway, it's a challenge at the moment to make a super positive ID. Lovely color though!

They were born on may 4th. They grew so fast but seemed to have slowed down now.
