I THOUGHT this was a pullet. We’ve got one Roo for sure, (our ayam cemani) he has been crowing for WEEEEEEKS. Our jubilee Orpington has always been much bigger than our other ladies but has always been sweet and never crowed, but in the last few days has been aggressively mounting our other hens. Now I look at her and am questioning wether she’s a he or not! They are about 18 weeks old.

It's a boy as stated. He may not be crowing since your Ayam is top dog and he doesn't want to attract his attention. Also orpingtons are pretty lazy and tend to be relatively more quiet.
