If they are point of lay they both could be female. The darker one looks female to me, and the white one is definitely female. I know that darker one has a larger and redder comb, but I do not see any saddle or hackle feathers.

He exhibits patchy coloring and red on the wings, two typical rooster traits. Also, he has a tall stance, a red comb, and thick legs.
