If it has a larger, redder comb it’s a boy.

It is the same size as the other chicks and exactly the same size as the other Maran, there is no red on the comb....it is just more developed.

Sorry I missed the feathered legs but that comb looks awfully pink in the photos. I still think it's a cockerel.

Acts like a roo, so my gut was telling me roo.....my daughter is not happy because we will have to get rid of him....bummer.
