I would agree, Turken/Transylvania Naked Neck/Naked Neck. It is definitely a cockerel. If you look close in the picture, you can see some spur buds.

Her name is Racy and she's my oldest hen, almost 7. She's a New Hampshire Red and it's a pathetic crow. LOL!! I've read that if there's no Rooster, the leader will take over and give the rally call in the morning. She probably is one of those hens that take on the characteristics of a rooster. This usually happens when there is no leader. I would love to see a picture of her. Does she look like a rooster or hen? Does she sound like a rooster or hen? So cool!

Lots of hens have spurs also. The boy appears to be N.N. Mix. And is definitely a rooster. Look at the saddle feathers, they don't lie. Plus the crowing, it's a rooster!I would agree, Turken/Transylvania Naked Neck/Naked Neck. It is definitely a cockerel. If you look close in the picture, you can see some spur buds.
