Well,,, Tacos was just a suggestion.. That ground chicken can be used for a plethora of recipes.I don't think the seasonings I used would work well for tacos.

I use ground chicken basically anywhere I'd use ground beef. One of our stores here sells ground chicken for $3.15 a pound. The 73/27 ground beef is like $6.99 a pound, and it's all grease. I'll save my money, thanks, lol.Well,,, Tacos was just a suggestion.. That ground chicken can be used for a plethora of recipes.
Right, I usually use ground turkey for most things calling for 'ground meat', so I hadn't looked at the price of ground beef in awhile. When the store was out of ground turkey I looked at the price of ground meat and I laughed and walked away. We ended up eating Tuna Helper instead of Hamburger Helper, lol.I use ground chicken basically anywhere I'd use ground beef. One of our stores here sells ground chicken for $3.15 a pound. Yep! It's nuts. We had a family gathering a couple weeks ago with my in-laws and my mom, and we all discussed buying a whole cow together and splitting the cost and the meat.Right, I usually use ground turkey for most things calling for 'ground meat', so I hadn't looked at the price of ground beef in awhile. Cows aren't even on my radar, but goats . . . nah, not those either. My friend Adam has some and at least once a week he starts a conversation with . . "Guess where I found the goats today . . ."Yep! Yeah this one stayed longer than it should'veI process my males at 12 weeks anything older they have rubbery legs. I’ve crock potted them, ovened them nothing changes that. 12 weeks they are so tender. I noticed the older the bird the darker the legs get probably because they use them. lol
The breast meat was scarfed up quick. I'm gonna try a few things with the leg meat to see if I can salvage it before giving it to the dogs. You could also just eat the breast meat, feed the leg meat to the dogs or something
