First time with a flock, my chicken Barred Rock (I believe) is 9 1/2 weeks old like the rest of my chickens, is it a Rooster or a hen?

I hope is a girl, where we live can't have roosters and my daughter and the chicken are so close together.Looks like a hen , my girl looks identical !
Barred Rock is a cockerel.
The other is a pullet.
Thank you, for your insight.
We were hoping that was not the case.
Bummers! No wonder why is a lot bigger than the rest of my hens, they all are 9 1/2 weeks old. That is a cockerel. A single combed pullet will not show any red until point of lay. Unless you meant to write 19 1/2 weeks old instead of 9 1/2 weeks it will crow instead of lay eggs.
Cockerel, I agree. The problem isn’t with the comb and wattle for an adult bird, but for a 10 week old. It’s true this baby looks like a full grown hen, but he’s not full grown.
