Roo or hen?

I need to know if this is a rooster or not because in city limits roosters aren’t allowed. Got an EE from TSC April 1st so they’re roughly 6-7 weeks old.

That's a cockerel.
Has quite a pronounced comb, and has red patches.

Looks like a young cockerel. The red leakage is a masculine trait and it is rare for female to have it. Comb is also fairly red.

Oh please let this be accurate! This one is our favorite and comes to us the most! I’m reading such conflicting information about this one! I have a Facebook group telling me it’s for sure a roo. No crowing yet and it cries very loud if it hears the other chickens are crying if they are too far.
