Roo or hen???

I keep going back and forth on this... my husband still thinks this is a hen but I am Definitely leaning more towards a roo. It is 11-12 weeks old and I have heard no crowing as of yet! What does everyone think? It was labeled production blue when I bought it I was told it's probably a blue astrolalorp?

yep. cockadoodle doo. see the red feathering on the shoulders? put that with the comb and wattles, and compare it to the hen behind it in the pic.
