This is a hen 100%
Is it the tail feathers that help you decide? They look rounded like I heard hens' feathers were supposed to be but she runs up to the other 2 young (2 mo. old) chickens and stands very tall and puts her chest out. So she's a hen just asserting her dominance?

Yes, females have rounded feathers and males have additional sickle feathers hanging off their tail feathers, which are pointed and long. While young and still growing in their feathers, pullets may appear to possess sickles, but they never will; their immature tail feathers may appear that way because they have not fully developed proper feathering yet.

but she runs up to the other 2 young (2 mo. old) chickens and stands very tall and puts her chest out.
Hens and pullets fight aggressively with each other because of the pecking order. Standing tall and putting her chest out is only her body stance.

Exactly this is a hen because she has round tail feathers and round saddle feathers. She is just in the top of the pecking order that's why she is acting like that. A cockerel would have way bigger comb bright red in color and pointy tail feathers plus pointy and shiny saddle feathers.

This is a two month old bird. Male specific feathering comes in at three months. Comb looks like a modified pea, or even a pure pea, and relatively colored. I'm undecided, though leaning towards pullet
