The pointy hackles on EEs and Ameraucanas are on both sexes. They appear more pointy than they really are. I look at the saddle feathers and hers are very rounded. Looks like a girl to me. See this pic of my Ameraucana cockerel and look specifically at the saddle feathers hanging off-they come to really sharp points:

Shes 100% hen..The black stippling in her hackle feathers makes them appear pointed..

She looks EXACTLY like Chloe the wonder hen. She is the one I did surgery on for an impacted crop. She couldn't be any healthier or happier now. And your girl looks exactly like her. Excuse the pic. I haven't slept in three days from pain or a torn Quad tendon, but this is her. And your girl is DEFINITELY a girl.
