Here is one of my Ameracaunas.

Those look like the beginnings of a rooster tail there. Some hens have slightly curved tail feathers, but those look curved and greener than the rest. Also the feathers on the back look a bit pointed. Can you post next to a few others of the same age, or is this one the only one in the group of this breed?
 
There are seven of them that I hatched at the same time. If I have time i will get some pictures posted tomorrow.
 
It looks like a pullet to me - I think a 16 week old cockerel should have a larger comb than this one has and the feathers are rounded. The greenish tint is there because of the black feathering - doesn't have anything to do with the sex. My black sexlink, barnevelder, and australorp hens all have that greenish tint on their black feathers.
