Roo or Hen?

This was a Packing peanut from the feed store I am well aware that there is a real good chance that it is a ROO but I though I would ask y'all.

Does anyone know what breed she/he is I thought all this time she/he was a RIR but now not sure anymore.

Almost looks like a Buckeye. I'd say hen. Not a very big comb. How old is she/he?

Is that a single comb or Pea comb? Hard to tell in that pic. Buckeye's have a pea comb.

As close as I can figure give or take a week about 8 weeks old not sure exactly because I got it from a feed store when I got my Barred rocks

Single comb I belive I will need to look and see if I have a better pic of her/his comb.

Hen then. May be hatchery RIR. Otherwise I have no clue.
