roo or hen

ive gotten a few on other posts that said it was a roo and some that said it was a hen lol poor chicken is got sexing issues. please one and all tell me what you think and ill let you know in the end if he or she lays lol. but seriusly i want to know.

How old of a bird is it? Sometimes an older female buff will have a large comb, but generally not at an early age. The females comb is also a lighter color red. But, there is always an exception.

well he/she is 13 weeks now.

At 13 weeks it looks like a boy to me. But, I can be positively sure. Our Buff Pullets have less of a comb showing at the age. Good Luck
