I'll take a guess, since no one else has. I guess cockerel. I don't know anything about EE's, but the neck feathering appears more roo to my untrained eyes. It also appears the back fewthers are falling to the side. Could be breed specific traits, so iagain, it's just a guess.
The black and white bird is not screaming rooster, but that's a common color for males. A close comb shot could help confirm. Three distinct rows at this age is male.
I do think the red/brown bird is possibly male. It looks too colorful to be a pullet, but again a comb shot and a better pic would help.
I just noticed your last photo of the brown bird next to the white and black bird. I'm still going with rooster for the black/white. I'm thinking that the brown is a pullet.
