Hi all,
I have a question about 2 of my 6 bird. They are 3 mos, 2 - I am sure are Roos, and I feel confident that 2 are pullets, then there's the mystery 2. Can anyone help figure out the last two. Roo or not?? This Ruby who may become Regan??

These are the only two good pictures I have Elvira, she is sitting next to one of the confirmed Banty Roos (Ozzy); who is already crowing - it's so cute, he's the littlest one I have!

Thank you for any help. If need better or different pictures please let me know.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!

Found a couple more pictures:
Ruby
Elvira is a quick little lady and most of the pics I have of her a blurry. This is also from 2-3 weeks ago, the early post of pics are from this past week.
Thanks all,

I think they're both roosters. That red bird, those feet are huge! And on both, that's a lot of big, red comb developement for 12 weeks old. Hens don't usually get that red until they are getting to point-of-lay age. Also, the red bird appears, in that pic from above, to have a couple nice, green tail feathers coming in.

Thank you, I think they a beautiful too and have enjoyed watching them get bigger by the day...wonderful experience. Double thanks for leaning toward them being pullets, I'm so happy to hear that! That brings me some comfort. That's what I was thinking because the roos I have look so different, I'm definitely and amateur at this. This site has been so educational I couldn't do this without the people and information on this site.
For grins here are my roos:
Ozzy
and Lenny

Lenny my shy boy!

Shoot I thought I had escaped having more roos then pullets. My husband tells me "be patient they will either crow or lay and egg"...LOL!!! Thanks all!

So true, so true! When in doubt, wait them out!

Hi normanack,
Well not knowing bird breeds, I think he is the Bantum version of a Belgian something du FLuer or de Mille. I bought him (suppose to be a her) out of a Bantum bin at Tractor Supply. I haven't done much research other then wikipedia. I typed in Belgian chickens and at yahoo pictures. You can tell I'm the real scientific sort....let me know if you are more successful at narrowing it down. Lenny is cool, he is stand offish but sweet. I can't wait to hear him crow, I think!?!. Ozzy has been crowing for a month and nothing out of Lenny..funny!
