Roo or pullet ??? & breed?

Ok. I tried to wait patiently. But curiosity has got the best of me! Is my Cutie a roo or a hen? Cutie is 9 weeks old. The legs are smaller than the other pullet. The comb is not red and there is no crowing...yet. I don't see any spurs. The tail feathers look like a rooster, but I am a NYC girl living in LA - I dont know anything about chickens!!!!! Both chickens are white with a single comb. They both have yellow legs with 4 toes. The for sure pullet is the perfect image of a white leghorn pullet. I don't know the breed of Cutie because the tail feathers are different. Alright chicken pros...what' s your opinion? Here are some pics. Thanks in advance! ♡♡♡

I was convinced it was a rooster. Those tail feathers are so different. could it be a white orpington or a white plymoth rock? I see the orpington do not have yellow legs, though.
