Roo or Pullet?

Can anyone tell me if this is a Roo or Pullet?

How old is it and what breed is it? It would be much easier to know if those questions were answered.

Picture is just too blurry to see the feathering properly. If it's older than 14 weeks, it's probably a pullet. If it's younger than 12 weeks, it's a cockerel.

Age is important...if nearing 14 to 16 weeks, pullet.

If 10 to 12 weeks, roo.

It is 12 weeks old. Not sure what breed, its from some fertilised eggs we were give for our broody hen.

It's a cockerel, then. I think he's a Delaware, with a really messy pattern.

I'd guess cockerel as well - altho if you were just given "fertilized eggs" they are likely barnyard mixes.
