Roo or Pullet?

Left is our obvious rooster, how about the one on the right? Given their differences is it safe to think its a Pullet? It's our most friendly chicken. They are about 12 weeks old.

nope it is a roo as well even though the comb is smaller if it is a pullet it wouldn't redden until just before starting to lay.

I wouldnt start saying exact yet.But most generall leghorn pullets are akinny and combs can be very large but are a cherry pale or completely pale.Possibility it is a cockeral.
