Roo or Pullet??

I have posted pictures before but it's been a few weeks. Can anyone tell me if my beautiful Penelope is a pullet she is about 8 weeks old now.

Polish always have that overall "Cockerel/Rooster Feel" to them cause of that shape they have, but the crest shape makes me think pullet for her : )

I'm hoping of course! But yes your right they can look and feel" that way. She's been raised with 3 kids constantly holding the chicks but she never enjoyed
