These girls were sold as pullets but I’m a newbie and would appreciate a second opinion!

The group is 2 Welsummers and 2 Amber whites

Yes it is.
Birds with single combs can usually be sexed by 6 weeks of age by their combs.

Compare the Welsummera breasts. You should notice a difference.

That's a huge bummer, but yes, you have 2 boys and 2 girls. The ones with the bigger combs are your cockerels.

Curious where you got your chicks. If they were supposed to be sexed pullets, then you may be able to get some money back depending on where you got them. Most hatcheries have a refund policy in these cases.
