Roo or pullet?

I got 4 starlight green eggers back in August to add to our existing flock after half of them got culled by a neighbors dog. So they are almost 7 weeks old. Im pretty new to the whole chicken thing so I was wanting some expert opinions on this chick. We don't mind if it is a rooster we are just curious. I added a picture with a couple of the others for comparison.

Pullet. Faster developing pullet to be exact.
