Can anyone tell if this olive egger is a roo or pullet? Is it too early to tell? It is 10 weeks old. Thanks for advice!

Thanks for the input! It was the only blue chick I got out of the hatch! It is my favorite and I was hoping it was a pullet...my husband...who doesn't understand my chicken addiction.....thinks it is a roo!
