Roo or Pullet?

This is my (supposed) roo, Godzilla. He is 5 months old and has never crowed. Any thoughts?

x2 on what the other poster said, get a good head shot. Also, silkies are ridiculously hard to sex anyway, and they mature slowly (my roo didn't crow until he was 8 months old)

looks like a cockerel to me if i am see the poof feathers right it looks like there are streamers and the comb is pretty big
