Roo or pulley?

Back in March i bought some guinea keets and turns out one was a chicken! someone told me it was a partridge Cochin. However now im questioning if it’s a roo or a pullet. Does anyone know if this little lady (or man) is a boy or a girl?

Looks to have saddle feathers. I lean cockerel.

The first 3 pics are the cockerel. Is the last one the same bird? It looks like a pullet.

He short tail looks like a pulled, but the tail colors look like a cockerel. The coloring on the tips of the wings look like a cockerel too. If it’s 3 1/2 months old it should be crowing soon
