This looks really bad and it will not go away.
I have read that it is due to weather conditions, rain and humidity etc. Is there a cure or atleast some help. Yes RooRoo is doing find protecting his flock, running around, and eating well.
Thank you for any help,
James

Have you picked him up and inspected the skin to make sure there's not lice or mites?

The hens may have plucked him a bit, it's really hard to tell in the photos.

Sometimes a rooster may have a red flush which would indicate hormones, if the skin looks good, no signs of break down, scabs, bugs, etc. then I'd just monitor at this time.
